RICCE COMMUNITY SURVEY – 7/2025

This survey aims to understand your interests and priorities to ensure that the Rooted in Communidad, Cultivating Equity (RICCE) program projects reflect the true needs and voices of the community. 

 

What is RICCE? 

RICCE is a community-driven program to fund climate change resilient projects that will preserve, protect, and strengthen San Diego’s Historic Barrios – Barrio Logan, Logan Heights, Sherman Heights, Stockton, Shelltown, Southcrest, Mount Hope, Grant Hill.   

 

Join the Community Advisory Board! 

The Community Advisory Board (CAB) is composed of residents, workers, and community stakeholders committed to ensuring that RICCE reflects the priorities, values, and vision of the communities it serves. 

Members receive a stipend for their participation. 
 
 

This project is supported by the California Strategic Growth Council’s Transformative Climate Communities Program in partnership with the California Department of Conservation.
